How to Set up Floor to use Shipping Agents

These steps explain how to set up JustFood so that a shipping agent can be entered or changed when receiving in Floor.

To define the states and provinces that you want to be available from Floor

  1. In the Search field, enter shipping agents and select Shipping Agents.

  2. Select the Use in Floor check box for the shipping agents that you want to be available from Floor.

  3. Close the window.

To show the Shipping Agent field in Floor

  1. In the Search field, enter interfaces and select Interfaces.

  2. Open the WHRCPT_LIST interface.

  3. Select the Show check box for the Detail>Ship Agent line.

  4. Close the window.

  5. Repeat the steps for the PO_LIST interface.

To reload the Floor interfaces

  1. Open the Floor application.

  2. On the Main Menu, tap the Help icon.

  3. Tap Reload Menus and Interfaces.

  4. Tap the Back icon to return to the Main Menu.
