How to Set up Floor Users

Use the Floor User Setup window to set up if defined users are associated with a default company and if User ID filter fields are automatically populated with their ID.

To set up Floor users

1. In the Search box, enter floor user setup, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Home tab, choose the New action.

3. On the Floor User Setup Card window, populate the following fields:

   • User ID: Select the user who will be working in Floor.

   • Default Company: Select the company that will be the default when the user logs in to Floor. The user can change the company from Floor by going to the About screen.

   • Apply Assigned User ID Filter: Select the check box if you want the Assigned User ID Filter field on the Floor screens to be populated with the user ID.
