The Inventory Label report prints an inventory label. When this report is run, it looks at the Item label type on the Label Configuration window to see which report layout to print. The report has a Word layout.
The report cannot be run directly from JustFood, or the NAV Development Environment. The report can only be run from the following:
The Print Label action on the JustFood Item Ledger Entries window.
The Post or Post and Print action on the Item Journal window if Print Inventory Label on Post was selected for ITEM on the Item Journal Templates window.
The Print button accessed from the Floor Whse. Receipt Entry screen.
The Post button (when a printer is selected) accessed from the Floor Output screen.
The Post button accessed from the Plant Material Output screen (when Post & Print is selected for the Post Action field on the Plant Device Configuration window).
When the report is run, it will look at the Bar Code Types window. See About Bar Codes for more information on setting up bar codes.
If the Default check box is selected for a GS1-128 type, then that bar code format will be used for the center bar code in addition to the applicable item, lot number and serial number bar codes.
If the Default check box is selected for a type other than GS1-128, then the default bar code type will be ignored, and the applicable item, lot number and serial number bar codes will be printed.
If the Default check box is NOT selected, the applicable item, lot number and serial number bar codes will be printed.
